Requesting a visit
This form sends a request to PureHeat Services LTD. We review the work, coverage, access and engineer availability before confirming an appointment with you. The acknowledgement and request reference do not confirm a visit.
Prices and additional work
The price and its scope appear when you choose a service and again before you submit. Call-out prices cover the initial fault investigation; repairs and replacement parts are quoted separately for your approval. Powerflushing starts from £550, with the final quote based on your radiator count and job details. Commercial heating requires an agreed quote. No payment is taken through this form.
Arrival preferences
You can request a 90-minute or two-hour arrival window. We consider the job and travel before agreeing the time. This is an arrival window, not a limit on how long the work takes.
Changing your request
Call 07522 860858 or email info@pureheatservices.co.uk, quoting your reference, to change or withdraw a request. If a visit has already been agreed, contact us to discuss rescheduling.
